After they’ve spent the past few weeks repeatedly attacking Democratic freshman Representative Zack Space for wasting taxpayers money on a trip to Greece it will be interesting to see how the Ohio Republican Party will react to this. Tonight on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” they will look into Ohio Republican Rep. Ralph Regula’s $13,000 earmark for the First Ladies Library in Canton, Ohio. The money, if approved, would be used to buy the book collection purchased by Abigail Fillmore in 1850 to fill the White House library.

Now $13,000 isn’t a huge sum of money for the Federal Government but there’s a twist, the First Ladies Library was founded by Ralph’s wife Mary Regula and his daughter Martha Regula is director of research.

You can read more on this story here.
